What I meant was the `lib` folder in the binary distribution tarball after
doing `make-distribution.sh`. There isn't really a convention but I have seen
many Apache binary distributions putting all the JARs there.
The `lib` folder in the source code is an SBT convention for unmanaged
dependencies.
I agree that we should do something like `lib/spark`, since some `pio`
commands do not require `spark-submit` anyway. @marevol can you make a pull
request following these ideas?
