[PIO-92] Bump HBase to 1.2.6
This request upgrade only HBase dependency. Some methods have been
deprecated, but they are not fixed in this request for backward compatibility.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/takezoe/incubator-predictionio hbase_1.2.6
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
