I am attaching a patch that adds 2 options to CreatePoolCommand for specifying
the private and public key paths.
The patch also uses blueprint property placeholders to have managed properties
by the configuration admin service, so that the default values for pks can be
overriden inside org.apache.provisionsr.core.
