The proposed design for this is to create a new command in the console,
provisionr:cache, which will handle the creation of a golden image. The image
id is then returned to the user, he will also have the ability to list or
delete his golden images. Two other options will be added to provisionr:create:
* --image-id - takes an existing id and create machines starting from them;
* --is-golden-image - tells the setup process whether to download and install
packages and files in the image.
This feature is important when creating groups with 50-100+ machines.
