I am attaching a patch that upgrades to karaf 2.3.1.
In detail:
i) Upgrades karaf version to 2.3.1.
ii) Removes startup.properties and reuses the one provided by Karaf.
iii) Minor modification to custom.properties to deal with startup issues.
iv) Minor modification to branding bundle to avoid startup issues.
v) Remove explicit reference to the karaf spring feature version, to make the
feature easier to port to vanilla karaf.
vi) Changes the osgi headers of command bundles, to make them work with a wider
karaf version range.
vii) Replaced the asm bundle from orbit, with the one that is shipped with
Karaf.
Tested that patch and created an amazon pool. Commands and Webconsole works.
I encountered some issues, that I think that are not directly related with this
patch.
