I've been able to build a distribution (binary file name is
org.apache.provisionr-0.4.0-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz), all unit tests pass and I've been
able to run the integration tests on Amazon EC2. I will commit this tomorrow
and move on to update copyright headers, add disclaimers and notice file.
