Is this issue all about testing with Postgres ? Or is it about enabling
Postgres, for activiti, using some provisionr configuration ?
For the former case, the configuration needs to be changed in activiti.cfg.xml
in karaf-commands and it works fine in the relevant testcases like
ListActivitiCommandTest, InfoActivitiCommandTest.
