I think it's ready now. I still have to write release instructions on the wiki
but this is something we can use to make a release candidate over the next
couple of days.
To test I've created an experimental Nexus staging repository at the following
URL (I will drop that later today to avoid accidental releases):
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheprovisionr-018/
I've been able to use that repo to bootstrap a Provisionr instance starting
from a vanilla Apache Karaf 2.2.11 (quite similar to a binary distribution).
