Rundeck has a rich API that we can use to automatically create projects & jobs
as needed.

It would be useful to have an easy way to link Provisionr to a Rundeck instance
running on the same machine.
On the long term the plan is to support something like "service bundles" that
will do end-to-end service configuration & management. Rundeck looks like the
ideal script execution engine for this goal.
