Activiti engine requires just the diagram-rest while the explorer war requires
both the model and diagram rest. If you look at features.xml the the
dependencies list should contain that. I kept them separate because of this
difference of dependencies. I just tried to pack all the dependencies for
diagram-rest in that bundle and that of model in its own bundle.
For the build issues maybe I need to spend some more time on testing this out.
I would try to build it on a separate box.
