I've just switched to a new development machine that runs a vanilla install of
Debian 7, OpenJDK 1.7 and I was unable to build the latest trunk because
provisionr-assembly install the src.tar.gz in the local maven repository and
not the binary custom Karaf distribution as it does on the CI server.
I've disabled maven-install-plugin and maven-deploy-plugin and update the code
in assembly-tests to retrieve the .tar.gz file containing the custom Karaf
distribution by referencing the local filesystem.
