Ok, that doesn't look correct then. Can you enable debug logs on
`org.apache.pulsar.broker.service.persistent.{ReplicatedSubscriptionsController,ReplicatedSubscriptionSnapshotCache,ReplicatedSubscriptionsSnapshotBuilder}`?
Also there are a couple of metrics in Prometheus:
* `pulsar_replicated_subscriptions_pending_snapshots`
* `pulsar_replicated_subscriptions_snapshot_ms`
