-1 (binding) When verifying the `Functions` parts, it can't get the functions even if created them. The broker logs show that creating fn using the `default` namespace, but geting fn using the `test-namespace`. Then find the related fix in https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/22209, it adds the default tenant and namespace.
