Hi all I would like to start a discussion to cherry-pick PIP-359 into `branch-3.0`
This PIP is very useful for scenarios where the same Client starts multiple subscriptions. It provides a useful custom message listener to avoid multiple subscriptions from competing for listeners and blocking each other. There is no change in the default behavior, so we can cherry-pick it gracefully. The PIP-370 includes the following PRs - https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/22861 The thread will remain in the open state for 48 hours.
