Hi all, PIP-492 [1] adds `pulsar_subscription_storage_backlog_age_seconds`, allowing users to monitor backlog age per subscription and configure alerts based on each subscription's expected latency. It would be helpful for users , so I suggest cherry-picking it to branch-4.0 and branch-4.2.
