Hi all, We have 516 open PRs in apache/pulsar. 338 are more than a year old, and 320 no longer merge cleanly into master, many after the Gradle and slog migrations. Among them are 226 bug fixes, many of them valid, that risk getting lost.
I put together a classification of all open PRs by state and kind of change. PRs that can be saved, I'll help get merged. Valid bugs whose PR can't be saved get an issue. The rest I'll close with a comment explaining why, and anyone is welcome to reopen or resubmit.
