Hi Pulsar community, Following the discussion, I would like to start the vote on PIP-497: Subscription-scoped internal statistics for persistent topics.
The proposal adds subscription-scoped REST, Java Admin, and pulsar-admin access to existing cursor diagnostics. It reuses CursorStats, makes individuallyDeletedMessages opt-in, and supports partitioned topics with independent per-partition results and explicit partial failures.
