I would like to see this moved to an Apache server of some type. We can take it 
up with Infrastructure and the Incubator.

Typically projects share those things which must be kept private in a private 
svn repository, Pulsar can request one if needed, but let’s first see how the 
discussion of the script goes with Infrastructure and Incubator.
