2. Since BatchingEnabled, Then messages may batched together, and written in to
a same message, so it will output same id.
But the returned messageId is type of `BatchMessageIdImpl`,
`System.out.println("A: " + (BatchMessageIdImpl)messageId);` should print the
different id, which also contains the batchIndex.
