Environment: macOS 10.13.1

* asc, sha1, sha512 are good for both src and binary distributions
* binary distribution
   - run standalone
   - be able to produce and consume messages
   - run perf
   - run functions
* src distribution
   - be able to compile and run same set of tests on compiled binary
* rat check is good
