Use the "boolean chart" to add as many as you'd like (combine with "or")

("Reported by" equals to "<account>" and/or "Comment" changed by
"<account>")

Issue creation counts as a change of comment, so "Comment changed by
<user>" will also find issue the user has reported (no additional
comment needed)

Another choice would be to use a regular expression.
