Ralph..

In that case, I would choose Framework as the component because all
the apps (Writer, Calc, etc) pop up the Styles window when you hit
F11.. so its something common to all of them, or I would guess, part
of the framework.

Once you select Framework, if you click on the Subcomponent link, it
tells that you should select UI "...if you are not able to reference a
piece of source code, in which the issue occurs."

So Framework and UI is what I would go with.
