Hallo Peter,

When I am searching for an issue, is there a way to select all of the
snapshots (all 680m's) without have to select 680, hold down shift, and
click 680m80?

I think it's not possible, but you can use 'remembered queries' for your queries. Go to the query page, select your conditions and than, select 'Remember this query, and name it', name the query and hit the 'Submit query' button. Your query will be stored.

  [1] Example here: http://www.linuxvoip.net/tmp/query.png

Than, you have to visit 'User preferences' (Edit Prefs) -> 'Query link settings' [2] and select 'Your query named 'blahblah'' 'Should appear on every page'. Hit Submit button to store your settings.

And now, your queries will be listed on every page (top and bottom, see [1]) on the right side of the 'Queries: ' word.

You can store unlimited number of queries to speed up your work.

Thanks.
