Hello Perry,

if the application runs into a recovery loop then just delete <windows_dir>\documents and settings\<username>\application data\OpenOffice.org1.9.79\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Recovery.xcu

Kind regards, Joost

Now, every time I start open office, I get a Recovery dialog, saying it is recovering a document that was (I forget -- damaged?). Then, it prompts me to send email to Sun. If I fill in the text boxes and say ok, as I have done several times, it then crashes.
