hi,
once again (now regarding the qa-questions).
...
Btw, our volunteers have already started testing [Windows and
GNU/Linux build] according to,
http://qa.openoffice.org/testcase/
Great to hear that.
Can you pls advice us what will be the next step after testing? and
how much time do we have in our hand for OOo 2.0?
Well .. the idea with localization testing is, that you would give your
localization an "official stable" label. That would mean, it could be
distributed via our mirror network as stable.
If you have successfully finished testing, please drop me a note, with
an URL to the tested packages. so I can update the stauts page. (You can
update it yourself if you have someone with developer rights for
qa-component). You may also file an issue, so that your package would be
distributed via mirror network (Soem more informations are at
http://qa.openoffice.org/localized/index.html).
You have all the time you need ;-). We are trying to have a number of
localizations available wtih the announcement of OOo 2.0. But most of
the time, we did only announce english builds and localizations followed
after a while. So it's really up to you to tell when you are ready.
André
