I regards of the proper QA I have to admit that we do not have enough
resources to fully test our builds. We do basic test, like
install/uninstall, open documents etc. and we check the extra
functionality (like hunspell). If a major bug was detected after the
release, we would release a new binary with the fix. I hope you are not
horrified when you read this. :)

Providing a community build with own fixes included has been agreed to
be a valid option by the Community Council.
For the testing procedures ... I know, full test procedure takes a lot
of time an manpower. QA project cannot (and does not want to) control
the way each single localization team works. But we hope to achieve a
common level of quality by doing release testing.
Do you work with the qa testtool? This helps to reduce manual work (and
safe time) for a lot of test cases.
So .. thanks for the notice and looking forward to a 2.0.1, weh
hungarian team will be able to join the regular code base again.

(BTW: looking forward to hunspell anyway, as I hope german localization
will see some noticable improvement from it as well)
