I just tried it here and I got a little, but annoying problem.
I haven't used the RPMs directly, I've used alien. Can someone test with
the RPMs?
When I try to execute openoffice.org-2.0 it is found in
/etc/openoffice.org-2.0 and it's a symlink to /opt/openoffice.org-2.0.0,
but the folder created by the setup is called /opt/openoffice.org-2.0
So, the user have to change it by hand.
