Well both (Smke tests as well als TCM) ave pros and cons.
Obvious problem of Smoketests is, that they are at 1.1x.
But TCM has some other (e.g. I have no power to add new languages, new
versions for testing, JCA is still requiered even to "read" the tests).
I think, best way to resolv this is to weight the tools against each
other in a different thread.
