No, IZ doesn't know about this. And that is the problem.

I see absolutely no chance to enhance IZ at all. Just have a look at the
nuisances with IZ that have not been fixed (and never will).

You cannot reassigned resolved issues, you don't get tooltips for the
issue-links,...

And you expect to add an interface that queries an external database
first? I call you dreamer ;-)

So without that additional info in IZ (and I guess that info has to be
set and maintained manually), I see no chance for an automated way.

I guess you'll have to write something yourself. I'm not sure whether
you can query the list of issues using the cwstools though..
