Also, we need to consolidate issues that affect multiple languages, like the ones that I found in the Base product for Mac OS X Intel builds only.
If the issue numbers are entered in TCM, they are visible for every language. As said imn my mail to Ilyse, this is a good hint for testers.
But it is more important to the Magagerr, who needs to approve a build. Knowing the issues, (s)he migh qickly cross check, if the own localization is affected.
Also, we need to keep the issues on TCM and in the IZ constant. I recommend that we add to the Summary field the phrase [TCM]. What to do rest think?
I see no need to handle those issues in Issue Tracker in a special way. Well - I'd be happy, if this issues would get fixed, as I don't like to be bugged by the same issues, every time I do a TCM test ;-) . As issues are linked in TCM, you have always access to the most recent information. But a feature I'd like to see in TCM is the option to "Update" the status of an Issue (e.g. mark an issue as fixed in TCM). The best was, this could be done by some automatism .. but it would be ok to do this manually for the start.
