are tests tagged to store the tests for a given release version ?

The files at qa/qatesttool are always tagged after a release;
You will get the tests from OOo 2.0.3 Release by the tag
OOO203
I started a list of old tags at:
http://blogs.sun.com/roller/page/liegerad?entry=qa_qatesttool_cvs_tags_and
Files are also tagged when the announcement is made,
that an OOo build is 'Ready For CWS Use'.
This tag just marks the date, it doesn't say that the
files are realy useable to test this version.
