Hello Andre,

Well, I'm not so happy to see people like you stop to co-lead projects like QA, when I see all this project bring to OpenOffice.org project, and Mac OS X port in particular.

Thank you very much for all the work you did : the one visible, and the other, the one generally people ignore (and none wants to do), but essential to make things work.

Of course, thanks to Joost too :-)

Hi all,

as we have na nominee for the new lead of the QA project we can start voting.

I'm happy to see Nakata Maho being nominated (and willing to accept) as new QA project lead. I'm sure Maho has the knowledge and power to do a very good job here at the project. His contributions to the OOo project have already proven that.

Thanks to Caio Tiago Oliveira, who was also ready to take over the role and now supports Maho's nomination.

So please send your votes to support Maho within 24hrs from now on.

My vote is +1 for Nakata Maho.

I see a lot of +1 and since the time Maho works with me, I think Maho Nakata is perfect for this role. Last, my +1 won't change anything now ( sorry, I'm overloaded these days, and I come a bit late for the vote).

Just a little thought :

We had two people for lead /co-lead one project

Now we have only one for both jobs.

Don't see any offense, but I'm just wondering about the amount of work needed to manage both ja-NL project and co-Lead QA : it is a big challenge, isn't it ?

Of course, my vote is +1 for Maho Nakata :-)

Best regards,
Eric Bachard
