A complete QA is desired. We need to make sure that NO regressions occur as well as all of the 2.2.1 items being completely solved. This means a full test cycle with the automated tool for the first milestone build. The next build should be held until this testing is complete along with TCM tests plus testing all of the issues assigned to this release. We also need to solve the broken Java DataBase Connector problem (JDBC) for Base. This is becoming a major issue as it now involves Windows and most flavors of UNIX.
