You should be able to add the RC builds yourself. But I think, we need
to automate this task in a better way. (But I don'T have a good idea,
how to do so).

This should be asked at the distribution project first. Space at the
mirror networt is limited but the are some mirrors that host additional
files. We had the same problem with our German DVD.
Best solution is bittorrent (as Shaun already said). But the guys at
distribution project should be able to tell more.
