Hi NL-QA team, The localisation21 CWS which has the latest l10n for 2.3 will be available at Aug 2nd. So please plan TCM l10n testing from Aug 3rd to Aug 16th.
Although this testing period is 2 weeks, if you find serious l10n isseus in the first week (by Aug 9th), there will be higher possibility for fixing them for 2.3 release. When localisation21 binaries will be ready, the announcement will happen here.
