Taking sophies example
http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/TestcaseSpecifications/OpenOffice.org_2.3.1/Spreadsheet/Anti_Flickering_test.html

There is a test document and two reference issues mentioned in this test
case.
If these were links and not just a document name or issue number,
everything would be OK. At least, the issues mentioned are URLs so you
can copy that to your browser, but the doc is just mentioned by its name
which spells "test.ods". Good luck to find the right one even using cvs :-)

But another thing it seems I've missed: What is the relation between
these test cases and TCM testing? Just replacing? Adding on?
