[qa-dev] Why can't set a single row text "text animation effects" in a paragraph.

Hi all
      Firstly,Merry Christmas!
      
      I have a question about "text animation effect". 
      
     Start a new presentation.Insert a textbox with some text.
     select a single row in text,and set the 'Text Animation' to 3 'Animation 
Cycles' 
     But the  whole text have the effect.
     I'm not sure it's a defect or a feature.
