Hi,
The japanese translation team found that QATrack didn't support japanese
characters. The problem covered some other european characters as well.
The bug has now been found in the MySQL connection preferences and has
been solved.
QATrack will be down for maintenance a couple of minutes sometime today
to make QATrack fully ready for UTF-8.
