The changes are in CVS now. All those who want/need to use the new stuff can do
so by updating HEAD.
For Sun QA the new files become available automatically by tomorrow morning.
(1) Note that the spec is marked "draft" but really is final, we're
fixing this really soon.
The Specification document has been updated and is final now.
