Yes, in a smaller codebase, searching for "paste" might only bring up a few issues. But in a very large and complex codebase like OpenOffice.org, it's not exact enough. You need to experiment with different search terms, to make sure you are inputting enough information, but not so much information as to miss finding similar issues. It's not easy, but we all have the same problem. :)
I'm so sorry. I'm not a developer but only a tester in RedFlag comany. Now, checking the unconfirmed bugs in OOo community is a big deal for me.Howerver, I'll try my best to do something for our OOo community.
That's fine: there's nothing wrong with not being a developer. We need all sorts of help, not just coding! I only ask about coding in case someone has those skills and doesn't know if they are welcome to contribute or not.
So please keep learning how to test and confirm issues. This is a key task in creating high-quality software. We appreciate your effort, and we understand how difficult it can be for a new member to understand procedure within the OpenOffice.org project. Just remember: even the most experienced members had to start at the beginning! Just take one step at a time. Once you learn a bit more, maybe you can write a wiki page in Mandarin, explaining to other new users how to use the Issue Tracker, or how to test issues. :)
Documentation, especially translated documentation, is also extremely important. Every software project is built on a range of different skills and abilities. Yours are just as valuable as anyone else's. :)
