the next l10n builds that contain the latest translations and bug fixes
are the CWS l10n localization 29 builds. It will take a couple of more

Yes, the l10n CWS builds (based on the CWS localization 29 are in progress)
And will we be able to report localization issues against it with some
confidence that they may still be fixed before release? Otherwise I
don't see the benefits of localization testing now.
I think that it would be best to wait till the l10n CWS builds are ready
... and yes, issues found and fixed will be integrated in the final.
