AFAIK Mandriva installs in /opt too.
And I can't find any copyright file in BEB300_m3 nor in Dev300_m24.
My problem is only that install of localization29 seems to be not as usual. So
I suspect a possible bug.
And I will inspect inside rpm files but I do not know, at this moment, how to
do that. For deb files I use a menu in Konqueror.
