It's because there is currently no assignment for Chinese. To start
testing with TCM, each community lead need to assign testcases to
community members.
I'm not sure who is responsible for TCM assignment in Chinese community.
You can confirm with the community lead ChengLin regarding TCM testing
plan and ask QA lead(if you already know who is) to assign testcases to you.
