Logical values and dates are only formatted numbers and therefor shown
in blue -> error in help

This is correct. Value highlighting overrules a normal color formatting
(e.g if you format a numbercell with a red font the number will be shown
in blue if value highlighting is enabled). Due to useability reasons the
value highlighting will be disabled if the document is closed or the
view is changed (e.g print preview). This was made because often users
complained because they thought that they have lost their formatting
because they didn't know that value highlighting was enabled.
