Since, I was asked by QA members who overlooked this regular change.
As usual around 4 weeks before branch off, the nomination of the cws for
the upcoming release has been switched to me or other members from the
releases status meeting only a couple of days ago.

I also want to use this as a reminder, that September 21st will be the
branch off date for the 3.2 release. Attention: all cws for 3.2 need
to be integrated at this time and the resulting milestone available
(sucessfully been built).
Based on the branch (OOO320) we will provide a Beta release as soon as
possible, please report any stopper issue for the beta release on the
releases list (tracking issue will be 104696), as well as for the 3.2
final release (tracking issue will be 99999).

PS: we have some a11y issues open (query not at hand, since
IssueTracker is not available right now), since there is some work
ongoing in this area, I might request a later integration on the
OOO320 after branch off date on the releases list as an exception.
