I'm experiencing the same issue, but I run both 3.1.1 and 3.2.0-RC1 sharing the same configuration directory. So in my case I blame it on this choice (not sure what the right behaviour would be, but if it only occurs when you have two version sharing the same configuration directory then it's not that common). What happens to me is: - If I only run OOo 3.2.0-RC1 and never launch the other version, I don't have the problem. - If I launch OOo 3.1.1, I get the registration screen of 3.1.1 and when I close it and launch 3.2.0-RC1 I get its registration screen. I must say it's quite normal for me to have multiple installations of OOo, including the latest stable and a recent development version, and I never had this issue before. Though, so far I've believed this is just due to my choice of having two versions of OOo and a common configuration directory. Perhaps you switch between two versions too? If you only run 3.2.0-RC1, then this is more significant than what I thought.
