But TCM maintenance is stalled and we miss several functionalities on
it, so it would be good to have a similar mechanism on QUASTe, replacing
TCM and have all in one place.
With the work Helge did, it should be possible to add a new similar
Joomla component to the QUASTe implementing TCM v3.

Sure, I would love that. We should start from documenting current TCM
work flow for various types of users (test writers, testers, l10n
leads,...).

Is it also possible to create automated tests for testing L10N with VCL
TestTool too, comparing messages from the supplied SDF with the messages
in the build through all Cat 0 tests?
The test says when it is waiting for a translation and another one or an
english string is displayed instead. More automation would be great of
course.
I believe this will save us from a lot of manual checking and give us
more time for quality assurance, possible on the same auto generated
screen shots.
Would you like to begin to document this on the wiki so we can ask other
l10n teams to participate. I'll add also the link to the TCM wishes that
were already present on the wiki.
