The reproduction condition is to use Windows 7 and Microsoft Office IME 2007.
When Windows 7 and Microsoft IME are used, the problem is not reproduced.
it seems the MS Office IME the necessary to reproduce both issues you've
mentioned which I've overlooked. So, please forget my last comment.

This problem was reported again by 3.2.1 RC1 release QA in Japanese community.
