there is no automatic process to move builds from unstable to stable.
You have notify others to get them moved. ;-)

Great, then please approve all builds in QATrack that were tested
successfully and should be released.
After that write an issue. An example can be be seen here:

Finally when the builds are visible in the localized/ part of the mirror
system, the webpages can and will be modified.
