An Italian user, by mistake, registered twice in TCM, once as an English tester (wrong) and once as an Italian tester. She would now like to remove the duplicate account, but I can't do it since I can only administer Italian testers.
Could someone remove the account? The username to remove is deneb_alpha. The duplication was already in place before migration, but I waited for the migration to be completed before asking here.
